To get started, open the Settings Menu > Quick Settings > Account Management.

First, click Create Account near the top-right of the screen.

Next, review the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, then click OK.

Accept both items, then click Agree in the top-right of the screen.

Next, enter your Email Address, Birthday, and choose a password.

Note: The email address used for this registration will serve as your user ID for LG Smart TV, LG Cloud, LG Smart World (mobile), LG Smart ThinQ, and LG Smart Air Conditioners.

The password you choose must be a combination of letters and numbers, between 10 and 12 characters long.

Registration is complete, open the activation email we sent to you and follow the link inside.

Note: If you already have an LG Smart World account, you will receive an error. Simply use your existing credentials to log in.

To get started, Press the Home/Smart button on your remote. On a Netcast TV, your screen will be similar to the next slide. For a Blu-ray Player, click on LG Smart World.

First, click the silhouette icon in the top-right corner.

Note: Netcast TV will have a Sign Up button at the bottom of the screen.

Read and accept the Terms & Conditions.

Next, enter your Email Address and choose a password.

Note: The email address used for this registration will serve as your user ID for LG Smart TV, LG Cloud, LG Smart World (mobile), LG Smart ThinQ, and LG Smart Air Conditioners.

Use the on-screen keyboard to enter the information, then click the Check Validation button on the right to check if an account already exists with your email address.

If you already have an LG Smart World account, you'll be presented with the following dialogue box. Otherwise, simply open your email and follow the activation link we sent to you.
